as Certified Property Manager (CPM) and Certified Commercial

of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) has also granted membership
to one of our Avant Properties’ team members. While this alphabet
soup of acronyms may be inconsequential to most non-realtors, the

Responsiveness
Brokers, leasing agents and property managers cannot be useful to
their clients if they are not available and punctual. Our good
business practices include promptly returning telephone calls and
the timely delivery of materials and information.
Attention to Detail
Contract administration, due diligence assistance, zoning
applications and property inspections are just a few of the critical
details that lead to successfully completing a sale or lease. Our
role does not end and our interest does not wane when the contract
is signed. Our leasing and brokerage teams stay involved as long as
we are needed beyond the closing. The owners of our managed
properties receive comprehensive monthly reports and annual
performance assessments that compare favorably to those produced by
any real estate company in the world.
Momentum Maintenance
Time kills many a deal. A useful broker or leasing agent
shepherds the transaction and propels the parties, their attorneys,
accountants and other representatives toward closing. The extra
phone call we make, the final meeting we schedule and especially,
our willingness to do the work of others, if required, has brought
more than one transaction to a successful conclusion.
Determination
The intangible. Some transactions close simply because the
individuals involved will not allow it to fail. Avant Properties
encourages its staff to think creatively when faced with complex
situations. Real estate is not a simple business, nor is it for the
